I have the profoundest gratitude to the instructors—weekly instructors, substitute instructors, Community Class instructors—who make Upper Valley Yoga the warm and vibrant hub that it is.   I hope you will all join me this holiday season in sending this group of stellar, lovely people a heartfelt thank you.
