Greta Calabrese

Greta Calabrese looks to yoga for comfort in her body and balance in her mind. She loves discovering new challenges within the practice and strives to share with others what motivates her on the mat. 

Greta’s dedicated practice began in 2010 and she completed her 200 hour YTT in 2012 under Ame Wren and Lynn Beiger in Boston, MA. 

Her classes blend the styles of Vinyasa and Iyengar with influences from other movement modalities peppered in. You can expect each class to be different from the last and to flow with an emphasis on strength and mobility followed by quiet restoration. 

Off the mat, you can find Greta spending time with her husband and two young children exploring the Upper Valley.
