Into March

Funny how it goes....I'm down (and not in the 'Down Dog' sense) for at least another week with a cranky shoulder and yet I find my hands happily full with organizing all the events happening in March.

You'll see when you scroll down that March is plump with Restorative Yoga, Intro Series, Yin Yoga and a "Crush Cancer" Fundraiser to raise money for Norris Cotton Cancer Center. It's a different kind of busy than my usual hours of daily practice and class planning/teaching, but I'm definitely busy!

This "downtime" for my shoulder has yielded at least one truly fabulous gift: On Sunday morning my son and his partner were the "bodies" for my class and I was practically giddy have them in my studio, actual bodies to direct and instruct. And then on Monday evening my dear friend Stacey was my "body" and even though we wore masks, we were both just so...happy to be sharing the space. It felt good. It felt peaceful. The Thetford studio and the studio in WRJ have held so much warm and beautiful energy over the years, through shared group practice, and both will again.

I find that I am beginning to contemplate how, when and where to venture carefully and slowly back to in-person teaching. I look forward to sharing more information with you as we tiptoe toward spring. In the meantime, I hope you will take advantage of all that is outlined below, and maybe especially, I hope you will join me on March 26 to CRUSH CANCER.

How about you? How are you, as we round the corner of February? Thank you for the stories, the snippits, the joys, the woes and the words of appreciation. As always, I love hearing from you.

Love, Leslie
