Matt Cronkite

Yoga connects me to the present moment, to myself, and to the world around me. When my body and mind are practicing together on the mat, I feel both grounded and free. 

I hope to empower students to build strength and resilience while exploring mindfulness and movement. Through cultivating our own inner peace and determination, we may release that energy into the world to help make it a more beautiful place for all.

In addition to practicing yoga, I enjoy spending time with my dog, gardening, and appreciating our lovely corner of the planet.
