Kristin Stobo

Kristin offers a warm and welcoming environment for all students to feel empowered to journey inward and deepen their connection to self through their yoga practice. Combining breathwork, postures, and meditation, Kristin curates each class with care and intention, with an emphasis on safety and proper alignment. Each cue is an invitation for students to listen to their own bodies and determine what feels nourishing and accessible moment to moment, with options shared to allow for agency and personal growth.

Kristin began her practice in 2021 and sees yoga as a process of coming home to herself on the mat. She sought yoga teacher training in the hopes of holding space for others to do the same, and in 2025, Kristin became a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) after studying under Rolf Gates and Michelle Dalbec at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in Stockbridge, Massachusetts.

In her free time, Kristin enjoys spending time being active in the outdoors skiing, rock climbing, biking, and trail running. She’s also equally happy to relax in a hammock and listen to the birds. She recently moved to Vermont from Boston to be closer to this lifestyle and for an opportunity to work at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, and she is so excited to meet you and build community here at Upper Valley Yoga!
