 Mixed LevelA challenging and
fun Ashtanga-style vinyasa class, using breath, drishti (gazing point)
and bandhas (locks). In this condensed, 60-minute version of the mixed-level class, We move in a continual flow to facilitate a good, juicy sweat, making Savasana especially sweet! Students should be familiar with the practice of
Ashtanga-Vinyasa Yoga.
