 Primary Series (somewhat modified*)Mixed LevelFull primary series of the
Ashtanga-Vinyasa Yoga practice.
This fun and rigorous level-2 class is suitable for experienced
students.
*In the modified class on
Sunday, we will modify to make the series accessible to the mixed-level
student.
**Unless noted otherwise on sub-calendar, Leslie will teach
the first and third Sundays of the month, Sharon will teach the 2nd, 4th
and 5th Sundays of the month.
