Every spring, as sap begins to flow through the glorious sugar maples that surround us, we are reminded of the call to awaken from the stillness and repose of winter.  Like the sap, the bulbs, the animals, we, too, are compelled to move, to unfold, to become-- to reconnect with our will to thrive.  Comprised of standing poses, twists, and gentle backbends, this cleansing, balancing, invigorating practice will inspire you to tap into your own sweet flow of prana. All levels welcome.
