This class is suitable for intermediate students or those who have attended level 1 classes and feel ready to transition to a more challenging practice. An energizing vinyasa class, using ujjayi breath, drishti (gazing point) and bandhas (internal locks).We will explore beginning level postures and sun salutations, but begin to work with backbends and inversions as well.
