class is designed to strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, aid in
digestion, exercise the spine, improve circulation and increase overall
comfort while you prepare for the very natural process of birth. Yoga
postures and breath awareness may also alleviate many of the discomforts
of pregnancy such as back pain, sciatica, nausea, constipation,
varicose veins, and swelling. Feel free to drop into this class, or use a class card.

Community. This workshop provides a safe environment to explore trust,
connection and playfulness. Teachers will combine elements from Yoga,
Acrobatics, and Thai Massage. The workshop can include: asana sequences,
partner yoga, assisted inversions, basic partner acrobatics,
therapeutic flying and Thai massage. After enjoying a sample of the many
elements of the practice you will have first hand experience of what
makes up AcroYoga. No partner needed. Some yoga experience is
