LEVEL 1-2 — Jamie (5:30 pm - 7:00 pm)
This class works well for intermediate students or athletic
beginners. Building on the foundation of proper alignment, asanas are
linked together with ujjayi breath to create a moderate to challenging,
always creative posture flow. Classes have a flow and
rhythm to encourage the cultivation of one's practice as moving
meditation. More advanced poses (like inversions and backbends) are
introduced, while modifications are offered for newer students.

Intro To Vinyasa FLow - Jamie (7:30 pm - 8:45 pm)
Intro to Vinyasa Flow is a six-week series that will break
down the basics of the vinyasa flow practice. If you have taken our Intro
to Yoga class, currently attend level 1 classes, or are coming to UVY from
another yoga lineage, this class has something to offer you! We can help you
establish the foundation to participate in a level 1 or level 1-2 vinyasa class
safely and with confidence. You will learn the poses that make up a vinyasa
flow sequence, build proper form, unite movement with breath, increase
your confidence and learn to prevent common injuries that can occur from
improper alignment. This class is the perfect bridge from our “Intro to
Yoga” series, to our regular, ongoing classes. $90.
