INTRODUCTION TO YOGA
If you are new to yoga, or are looking for a refresher course, we recommend you sign up for our popular Intro series. This class explores the fundamental
ideas and foundations of yoga, and is designed for the absolute beginner, or anyone who could benefit from re-visiting the basics. No experience is necessary or expected. You do not need to
be flexible or fit. If you have an injury or chronic illness, please talk with us first and obtain permission from your doctor before signing up for class.
Please note: students may attend up to 2 make-up classes if they have to miss Intro class, but they must be within the dates of the session.
SUNDAYS, 4:30–5:45 pm, June 2–June 30. $70 by 5/25; $75 thereafter.
