Upper Valley Yoga is located in a beautiful new space in downtown White River Junction! Our address in the Dreamland Building is 58 North Main St., Suite 206, White River Junction.

Directions to White River Junction: Coming into WRJ, pass the Tip Top building on your left. After another block or so the Dreamland building will be on your right, across from the used furniture store (please do not park in their spaces). There is a large "58" on the front of the building. If you get to the corner by Tuckerbox Cafe and Northern Stage Theater, you have passed it. There is lots of available street parking within about a 2-block radius, and also a public lot around the corner next to train tracks. Come in, up the stairs, turn left, turn left again. We will be on your right, #206.
