INTRODUCTION TO YOGA

If you are new to yoga, or are looking for a refresher course, we recommend you sign up for our popular Intro series.
This class explores the fundamental
ideas and foundations of yoga, and is designed for the absolute
beginner, or anyone who could benefit from re-visiting the basics. No
experience is necessary or expected. You do not need to
be flexible or fit. If you have an injury or chronic illness, please
talk with us first and obtain permission from your doctor before signing
up for class.$70 by 5/25; $75 thereafter.

SUMMER SOLSTICE—Yoga in the Park!
(Corner of Bridge Street and Railroad Row, in WRJ)
Join Leslie and Sharon for this free, all-levels practice to celebrate the summer solstice! It's a yoga practice, it's a yoga flash mob, it's a yoga party....we're not sure exactly what it is yet! It will definitely be fun (though bug dope may be in order) and light hearted. Bring your mat. Kids welcome.

RECOVERY CLASS FOR SUMMER SPORTS

Join Leslie for a soothing, post workout recovery practice that will help you ease in and gently re-lengthen muscles used intensely in running, cycling, hiking, etc., particularly hips and hamstrings. We'll gently increase circulation to help flush lactic acid out of the tissues and speed recovery. Starting with some very slow, mellow movement, we'll focus most of our time together on seated and supine postures. Inversions for those who practice them, (modifications will be offered). We'll finish up with some restorative postures and then a lovely, cozy yoga nidra (yogic sleep, a restful, guided meditation)Pre-registration is required. $20 by June15; $25 thereafter. All levels welcome.
